PESSI rates confirmation required

can anyone confirm me rates?

Minimum 7000 Salary Rate 6% Employer
Maximum 10000 Salary with same rate.

The Employer Must Contribute to the Social Security Institution on behalf of the employee up to 6 Percent of wages, no contributation is due on wages in exces of Pkr 400 per day or Prk 10000 Per Month.
