An extract from the website of Business Recorder

ISLAMABAD (September 17, 2010) The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Thursday started drafting the Reformed General Sales Tax (RGST) Ordinance as the government has to promulgate it before September 20 in view of the fact that the President is not empowered to sign any Ordinance when the National Assembly is in session that is starting from September 20, 2010

And ICAP has declared in the Student's Handbook that

Finance Act / Ordinance, Notifications and circulars issued within a period of less than 4 months from the date of examination shall not be tested.

Let see what happens next.
Till then C Module students should fully concentrate on ITO.
