What is the procedure for registring as income tax practictioner and what are the rules and regulations which have to be considered while registring with fbr?

Application For Registration as ITP is made on the prescribed application form mentioned in Part X of First Schedule of Income Tax Rules 2002. The procedure of registration as ITP and required qualification to be worked as ITP is also mentioned in Income Tax Rules 2002. You can download Income Tax Rules 2002 from website of FBR. Please see Rule 84 to Rule 90 of Income Tax Rules 2002 for detail information.
