After loggin on to eFBR, click DECLARATION > Annual Income Tax Return

On the page that would open, at left upper corner you would find year 2011, in a drop down menue

Select the year of which you want to file return.

After selection of relevant year at the main page you will find return with OPEN tab. either press this open tab or at the left panel you will find link to IT Return. click this.

Penalty will be levied by department u/s 182 after furnishing show cause notice. YOu don't need to pay penalty unless asked for.
