Quorum for meeting of Directors

Sec 193 (1) states that the quorum for a meeting of directors of a <b>listed company</b> shall not be less than one-third of their number or four, whichever is greater.

can any body tell me that what is quorum requirement for other co's i.e Unlisted company, Private company...
