Everyone has time if he/she wants to take out time for something and care/bother about it. It all depends on priorities. When someone says "time nahin hota" etc etc, i only take it as an excuse, because no one is busy 24/7
Thanks to Kamran bhai for giving priority to this forum

Dears

We have no conflicts or personal issues with each other that can continue without rectification. Every person could have uncountable shortcomings and no one is perfect. I am also not an exception to this rule.

I am thankful to GreatKhans for his words and regard. Using the term 'waila aadmi' for one's own-self does not harm any one even if it is directed to some one else. This is called the limit of decency and it's so nice of any one if he cares for it. Certainly he is a nice and experienced professional who knows how to write between the lines even without disturbing the balance of the write-up. I confirm that although I differ in opinion with him, still I have his due regard in my mind and that has to remain unaffected.

In my view people have priorities and different time management tools and habits to use their time. Being humans we may use it for positive or negative or even neutral purposes. However, an endeavor to utilize the time (whatever we can) for positive things is good and commendable. I believe since 2007, I have helped a lot of the people over this forum in getting rid of confusions and problems associated with their education or profession. However, this is not the only avenue on which I do this; I know a lot more can be done on so many other fronts.

As far as assumed “busy persons” are concerned, I have seen people driving motorbike on a speed of 130 KM per Hour (even on busy and dangerous roads) who have factually nothing to do in the whole day and in whole of their life as well. Our most of public sector gets relieved from their jobs at roughly 3 p.m. The majority does not do anything in rest of the time for the benefits of others. Our problem is that, we at our own, do not courage or prefer to do any thing but whenever we see some one else doing any thing positive we start feeling hurt. These are personality issues and can be seen even in school kids who feel jealousy from the ones very active on curricular or non-curricular sides. A person who is dependent upon some one (a range of bosses) in his office or in his life may not be thinking thinking out of the frame. It's difficult for such persons to learn what independence means. This again is by no means a demerit for any one if he is in such a situation. However, in such cases, it is most advisable either to learn thinking out of the box or to keep the regard of whatever positive is happening around.

We use to see some executives playing golf right at 5.00 PM or in libraries or even doing social or professional work. None of this means that they are not quality professionals or they are "waila's". Certainly every one has his priorities. So before commenting about the other that he is "waila" etc I should first evaluate myself that how much time I am wasting in my life without achieving any thing in real terms.

Some days back I was looking at the profile of a CEO (a doctor of philosophy in Law) of one of the largest set ups of mutual funds industry; and I was too surprised to see that around 10,000 articles and papers of such person have so far been published in the world renowned magazines and journals. I wonder if such person is "waila" and I wonder the ones who (in past) named me or others at this form as such have yet opened their eyes in this un-ending universe.

I know although we tend to reply queries here to help others, yet the contribution may not even worth pennies. Still, no one except me knows why I am doing this and what objective I have to fulfill one day from whatever is written and debated here. Regardless of that people are very much instrumental and when we look at them we feel ourselves as little valueless articles.

Without going in further detail, I would request all the forum members to concentrate more on what is going wrong with “me” than to find out what is wrong with “you” or “others”. This will definitely help.

For Shoaib, I wish to mention that Partners and Managers take time to be what they are; and the people who make them partner or manager very well evaluate and know the worth and merits on the basis of which they give them such responsibilities. So, it may be unjustified for the ones who have to reach at that destination to pass on negative comments. I know you are a nice fellow so keep on posting positive. People have to look at you as well since you are among the seniors and actives.

As far as knowing about myself is concerned, its not an issue. I myself can tell you who I am but preferably not on forum for obvious reasons.

Regards,

KAMRAN.

Shani,

Let me complete the text;

I hope that other forum members will be gentle enough by not interpreting my words for their own benefits and not dragging me into their conflict. Everyone shares ones experience, observation, exposure, knowledge, wisdom and acumen. So I won’t respond on the rest part of your post.

Regards,

GREAT KHANS

Some of the forum members were in perception that you are the same Kamran. However, believe me, I was not; because I know that a busy accounting professional like him mightn’t be able to spare so much time for this forum. He is not a “Wayla Adami” like me, who could write long posts. May be you thought that I am spying on you which I don’t need to.

Regards,

Hi Shani,

None of them; I clearly wrote "like me" because one of your friend used it for me. However, I think this kind of contention will bring nothing but nastiness on this thread that I don't want to.

Everything we let loose in our daily life may not be spoken with a serious frame of mind. I mean it's very necessary that sometimes we let some humour prevail. But I've to admit what I said with comical frame of mind in my previous post has caused some unsolicited nuisance here. Coming straight to the point I'm referring to the waila admi thing. There were obviously no hidden meanings in the statement made by Greatkhans, and the background of the phrase validates this. I had no conflict with anyone neither I intended to drag someone in that, again some frivolous remarks were interpreted with unnecessary seriousness.

Kamran sb, some vehemence could be sensed in the your last post. I'm very categoric about this opinion of mine that your addition in this forum (I reckon some three years back) have added significantly in the worthiness of this forum. Out of the 1,957 posts you've written till now, if not all, a significant portion has been much useful for the readers. The members who are on the forum for quite sometime are well aware of this. There are a sizable qualified accountants, but all of them are not equally level headed and may not possess a true sound professional knowledge. Yes, there are many as well who are quite consummated professionals. However, those with sound professional knowledge and sagacity who are devouted to satisfy the thirst of knowledge of others seriously make a rare breed. The members of the forum are lucky in this regard. At the same time the respect you've got is not a very common phenomena in this online blog culture. So, sir, your presence on this forum is welcomed more than any body else.

Dear Greatkhans, I hope that greatness evinced by your id is very much there. I repeat that I said all that humourously with no intention to drag you in an un-existing conflict. I had no serious intentions to point out that the waila admi comment was for someone else. At this time at least I myself fulfill the criteria of the remark, the timing of my post evidences it. I commend your approach of not getting this discord any further. But at my end some clarifications were due. I hope I have elucidated the misunderstandings, if any at all. Inspired by the writing style of yours I also have tried to bring into play all the vocab I had in my mind, though I believe it hasn't got much space in today's modern effective communication.

I was very much aware that a dissenting opinion is expected from you on this issue. Differences obviously are ought to exist. However, I partially agree with you and besides the reasons you mentioned another reason for not propagating such things is that they do not serve any fruitful purpose. Also you didn't say anything bout that A/F replacement thing may be due to the same purpose.

Shoaib
