AOA,
I want to know what does references mean in a PTA for big four? What is their purpose and who should be refrencee? What if I don't have any refrence? What If the field is left blank?Plz reply ASAP. I shall be grateful to all.[?]

Reference means that a person who knows u very well refer u for the job. if u r a student it may b ur teacher. or if u r employed it may b ur x-employer. the purpose is that the firm will ask the referee about ur strengths and weaknesses and things like ur behaviour and other similar things. dont leave it blank. as it leaves an impression that no one is going to refer u for this job
