need information about re-registerting for B.com

i registered for B.com from a college on 2005. per could'nt gave all the papers coz of my illness n could'nt even gave paper in last year examination coz of some family problems. now i only got one year left to complete my B.com which is imposible for me to complete in one year. i just want to know that can i get re-addmission in B.com and what is the procedure for it. And i heard that B.com course has been changed can anyone tell me about it aswell.
