Plz ans me as early as possible

I ve applied for company name which was reserved for me for ninety days, but at the last day of expiry some one using my letter(photocopy) and apply for incorporation fraudulently.
now plz guide me what to do now
should i file a writ?

I think there is no need to file a writ at this stage, if it is still in the process of incorporation, you may go to CRO and meet the relevant officer to discuss the whole case.

If name was reserved on your name for 90 days then no one can get the company registered only presenting the photocopy of CRO letter. Name reservation letter is required to file in orignal.

they have issued letter to 2nd party.

but

sir now kindly tell me that what is the time limit for reply to the letter in law i shall b vry thank full to you.
