PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT THE REPORTING OF THE THE FOLLOWING ASSETS IN THE BALANCE SHEET.

INVENTORIES,
RECEIVABLES,
INVESTMENTS,AND
FIXED ASSETS,

The essense of this type of reporting is that the least liquid asset should be stated first. and in case of banks and financial institutions, the order is reverse,i.e. the most liquid is reported first.
