Sales tax auditors have imposed a heavy penalty on my client a wool yarn spinners calculating the output based on electric consumption. I want to know if teir is any case law (Courts / tribunal) denying use of electricity as basis for detecting undeclared output in wool scouring and spinning. I would also rquest to know how generally are wool units assessed and their accepted consumptions, yields based on case laws.
