S. Tax Refund Claim for Utility Bills

Dear Sir,
Assalamu Alaikum
Hamare product (Polyester Yarn/Polyester Sewing thread) zero rated product hay, liken hamary electricity bill par S.Tax lag kar ata hay
is input Sales Tax ko hum refund karwana chahtay hain, Please utility refund ka process bata den aur kon kon say documents submit karwany hon gay.

Thank You Anfal for your prompt and kind help,
I read the s.tax rules 2006 but it is quite unclear to me.
please note that in 2008 i filed the refund claim for utility bills
at that time S.Tax department just need the filling of utility bills s.tax rufund claim manually with some documents like cover letter, S.Tax reg certificate,NTN Certificate,CNIC Copy, undertaking, utility bills(attested from relevant association)but they did not need purchase invoices,sales invoices, stock report,etc and also there was no data required on RCPS.
Now I want to file my S.Tax refund for utility bills after a long time (but s.tax which i want to claim for refund is pertaining to previous three months utility bills) therefore i want to know that the method is same as above or s.tax department requirement is changed.

Ab procedure change hogia hay online refund claim jama karan hoga laikin karachi rto say aik to utility kay refund last 1.5 years say released nahi huay sirf file submits horahi hain ,utility ki manual file ka procedure purna hi hay cover letter ,undertaking ,ntn,nic bill authority letter return ki copy attested ki requirement hay .agar ap kay refund ka amnt zada hay to ap zero rate karwanay kay option ko bhi consider karsaktay hain .
