Sales Tax in Northern Areas

1- Is Sales tax applicable in the Northern Areas and Gilgit. is it Zero rated or exempt?
2- What would be the procedure of Input adjustment if the supplies are made from Lahore and sales are made in Gigit.

sales tax is not leviable in fata, pata. however if you make supplies from tarriff area to non-tarrif (fata, pata) area you will charge sales tax and if supplies are made from non-tarrif area to tarrif area again you will charges sales tax, but if supplies are made within non tarrif area then there is no sales tax.
