As per SRO#230(I) 2011 plant & machinery are charged by the standard rate of sales tax. If we are going to import some parts of plant & machinery standard rate of sales tax is charged.
How could we adjust this sales tax?

Current Status yay hay kay jo plant and machinery port per arahi hain wo custom kay sro 575 ki waja say without sales tax clear horahi hain For further info contact ur clearing agent

info as per our clearing agent, SRO#575(I)2006 stated "the imported goods as are not listed in the locally manufactured items," so we are not going to take benefit from this SRO.
do u have any other solution

abhi mera net slow chal rha hay ap aik kam karain aik procedure dia tha fbr ki site per hay shaid jo sales tax ap import per dain gay wo 2 months may refund hojay ga ab is ka procedure kia hay wo abhi tak clear nahi hay is say to yay lag rha hay kay ap return may nahi lain gay

ok the scenario is that we want to import some parts of our boiler how could we clear that parts through custom? as per agent 17% ST is chargeable on these parts if v pay sales tax how could v adjust this sales tax?

Sales tax charged on the acquisition of fixed assets shall be adjustable against the output tax in twelve equal monthly installments.

Jo may dhond rha tha shaid wo kisi buisness association ka proposal hay jo mujhay mila nahi

agar ap exporter hain to yay refund hojay ga otherwise input adjustment lay lain gay
