How can we claim sales tax of the amount that is not filed or missed in the return due to any reasons.

Is there any clause or section Pls advice?

You can claim invoices in 180 days from the date of issuance of Sales Tax invoices & if thz 180 days passes, you would have to get Condonetion of Time limit from the Commissioner of IRS for these invoices and If you are concerned to Claim Refund of These invoices, You can claim the invoices U/s 66 of the Sales Tax Act 1990 which were not claimed in relevant tax period.
