Yar koi please please mujhe bulkul asan alfaz main Sales Tax refund ka procedure step by step bata de.

I found that there is a software at FBR web, we have to download it and after filling our data submit to FBR.

is this a right way?? or there is any other EASY way to get refund? Any possibility in FBR web portal??
