We are manufacturer & Exporter of Chemicals. a lot of amount have been paid in Lieu of 1% SFED by us against Purchases of Raw materials etc. Our product is Zero rated sales tax, consequently charge zero rate of Sfed on our product. We are claiming refund for Sales tax but in SFED case the whole amount is charged to the cost of material.
Is that any clear line/ Procedure which let us to adjust the amount of SED against our Zero rated sales or would we can enjoy the facility of SED drawback against our export.

A suggestion/ interpretation, close to the Laws & Rules might let us to get some benefit in respect of SFED. Plz,
