No need for spending $12. The tips they provide you are of bpp & ftc & you can find those tips by searching on google or on their websites. Don't know about the study notes, however I think that your textbooks of bpp or ftc should be enough for studies, however if you have extra time left AFTER completing both the study text & practice kit than you should use the books recommended by ACCA rather than notes. After all notes are notes & cannot be replacement of practice & acca recommended books.

Additional reading list is available along with the Syllabus.
e.g. Additional reading list for Paper F9 is available on page14 of the following link

Dear Osama,

My information on ICAEW is limited to what is mentioned on their website.
http//www.icaew.com/index.cfm/route/146134/icaew_ga/en/Students/ACA_students/Your_exams/Learning_materials_for_the_new_ACA_syllabus

In Karachi, tuitions for CFAB are not yet available. Emile Woolf Pakistan only provides tuitions for the Advanced Stage exams of ACA. All the learning materials will be provided by EW Pakistan, the cost of which will be included in the tuition fees. The learning materials for CFAB & ACA are not yet available anywhere in Karachi, so one will have to order it directly from UK. Other than EW, publishers of ICAEW study material include BPP and Kaplan
http//www.bpp.com/aca/student/study-materials/bpp-icaew.asp
http//financial.kaplan.co.uk/TrainingandQuals/Accountancy/ACA(ICAEW)/Distancelearning/Pages/default.aspx

I hope this helps.
