icap rejestration form

dear freinds i m searching for icap rejestration form.
It is not availible now in my area.
Pz tell me where it is located in icap website,cause i didnt get it.
pz inform me as soon as possible.
And pz remember that i m not asking about examination form.
i m student of moduleA.I had recived exemption letter and now i m going to regester my self with icap.

Hey Irfan first let me correct you. It's registration not "rejestration"..... got it!!!

Now, the registration form is available at your respective RAET that too free of cost (at least this is so in Karachi). If not so, it would be 100% available at the ICAP's office in your city. Still not, it's on the ICAP's website in students--->forms--->
