Should i start CAT from SKANS or PAC?

I want to Join CAT....
Should i join SKANS[Islamambad] or PAC [Peshawar]....

.....where to buy CAT [Part 1 2 3] books from?[in Peshawar/Islamabad] or the college have these books 2 sell.....
AND can we do CAT [part 1 and 2]without teachers[self study....]
