Well the purpose to raise this issue is just to know whether the ICAP student think that the stipend should coincide with the market conditions e.g. in karachi, cost of living is high but cloths are little bit cheap, in lahore, cost of living as well as food is sastee, and remember most of the students of ICAP doing their training reside outside their city and they normally depend on their family to support them, that was one of the reasons to raise this issue. additionally, there is a need to know what bullets should be considered while discussing this issue, i have raised one, rest for you all.......................... <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
