this is umar.2day i met my frnd.he said he recieved a letter frm icap on his request regarding bad failure rule.it was written in letter that the new rule will apply for those students whose will appear in march attempt.means jis nay latest attempt(september wali) di hain un k lia yeh rule nai hoga.wat u will say about this frds?
and 2nd thing yeh hai k according 2 new rule student have 2 clear his papers in six attempts.my question is that wat will happen if a student fails 2 clear his paper in six attempts?[8)]

Yes Umar, it is not applicable to the attempt tested in September 09.

Unfortunately, a student failing 6 times in any module from A to D will have to start.from scratch. Now such scratch would be that particular module or altogether whole CA, is not clear.

I think some one should inquire it from ICAP and post the answer here.

Regards,

Kamran.
