Hi all,

My questions continue! Very impressed by this forum.

My question is on Special Excise Duty Drawback. The duty, which is levied on some items for e.g. packaging, stockers, etc, can be claimed back if we pay this duty, manufacture the goods and then export it. Am I right? In what other instances will this duty be recoverable, i.e. can it be recovered on goods sold locally?

Thanks a lot,

Imran
