Hi ophie

Why look for some institution when you can improve your spoken english by participating more frequently in this forum's discussions. <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Ophie I would recommend you to visit the British Council, they have a great 'English language' program. For a small fee they will test you and place you in one of their 'levels' it will improve your writing skills as well as your spoken English, since a lot of sessions incude group discussions and presentations. One of my friends (who was pretty hesitant with spoken english) went trough it and it did wonders for him ! The actual course may be a little expensive but I'd say its recommendable.
