Dear,

If you have to complete your CA then u should wait till u qualify Module E. After getting module E , all PIPFA papers would be exempted to u and you will have to deposit just Rs 1700 as exemption fee and u will become a member.

The only benefit in ur current position is that u will get the membership of a recognised accounting body and as such u will qualify for the seat of CFO of a listed company under the code of corporate governance which u dont qualify having just CA Inters.

However, this is just theoratical as I have not so far seen any APA working as CFO of some listed company in Pakistan. In fact this has not much worth in market for job purposes. For me, It is only meant for having an extra membership.

Regards,

Dear senior forum members
Is there any utility/recognition of PIPFA for immigration to Australia or any other country? I have raised this question because Australians do not cosider MBA Finance as professional degree. While after qualifying PIPFA, one becomes a professional (qualified) accountant. Do Australians recognize this qualification for the skilled worker visa as an accountant? Anybody having information in this regard, Please reply.
