Dear,
Please exhibit Table 1, i.e. Import or Supply , there is specifically mentioned the word seeds, but not local rape seeds,
Under table 2 , i.e. Local supply only , Agricultural product is written, now a question may arise whether your seeds production is subjected to further process or not ? if these are not processed further then, will be treated as agricultural product hence, exempted,
However, if the seeds require further process then it will not be treated as agricultural product and will not be exempted from taxations.
