Symbol or emblem of accountancy?

Hello all!
Have you ever heard about international symbol of accounting?

I have a version that in 1946 on International Accounting Conference it was approved scale+sun +Bernuolli curve with words SCIENCE-CONSCIENCE-INDEPENDANCE.

But I can't find any circumstances of this event (where it was for example) and status of emblem.

Any other versions or add-ins?

To be very true, i was very busy in completing the assignments of Stage3. Infact, it becomes very difficult to complete assignements before deadline.
