Tax Refund Claim

I imported a material and supplied it to a cusotmer. The customer deducted 3.5% from my payment, i requested and submitted my undertaking, however the customer by that time had deposited the tax into the bank.
Now is there any way i can claim refund from someone?

Yes , u can claim refund by FBR. U should file Income Tax Return along with refund application.
