Replies specially expected from Arsalan , laptop, faisal & olympia & shabbir

Can anyone tell me why employer will pay employee tax?
in other words why employee tax will be paid by employeer, in this way employer expense will increase and on the other hand employee will also pay more tax by including tax liabilty(which is paid by employer).

asan words what is the benefit will employer & employee get by tax on tax ? Is there any benefit please mention it.
