With Holding Tax on Cash Deposit

Today I went to bank to deposit money in same bank' s different branch and I was shocked to know that Bank is Charging new with holding Tax On Cash deposit in excess of 25,000,,,Then I came and open the Tax then I found Section 232 (1) (B) on Withholding Tax....Kindly some one can tell me any other detail of this tax or Sec 232

As per my understanding online cash deposit per 0.3% tax deduct hoga
Bank Alhabib deduct nahi kar rha hay MCB walay karrhay hain jo nahi kar rhay hain unkay audit may objection raised hojay gi.

I will appreciate if some one refer any SRO regarding the withdrawal of .3 % tax on online cash deposit.
