But the ranking of top 5th and 6th firm is mysterious. I mean every one has different opinion about 5th and 6th. why is that so.

Why just Karachi, why not on all Paksitan basis ? wouldn't that make more sense. Any one care to list them down ?? These are the large one's in Lahore or with foreign affiliation of top 10 firms
