i want to that what is turnover tax and how much percentage of it and on which class of business the turnover tax is applicable?

I guess, with respect to income tax, the term "turnover tax" would have been used in connection with the tax imposed by Ss.113, 113A & 113B. You may read these sections to find out the rates and turnover limits.
