<b>1)</b> what accouting firms looking from us?..a person who is very qualified for training or they need self motivated person who can well represent their financial services.
<b>2)</b> what is the auditing firm procedure in Pakistan via online submitt CV's or there are some specific months in which we submitt forms for the test..
<b>3) </b> which type of REFERENCE they want...about personality or some thing like a <b>political refernece, or one of their own clients..</b>
