For both these courses, first of all purchase the Study pack of ICAP, and pick the topics from that study pack, and start studying these topics from anyavailable book in market.
for the first part of mathematics (if u r not the student of mathematics) please purchase the Business Maths and Statistics by Khursheed Alam,
