only ACCA certificate would be enough in Pakistan where CA is supreme and prefer upto ACCA.
Well it's true that ACCA is internationaly recognized but it is not so much acceptable in pakistan as CA. so there will be a problem for those ACCA's who could not manage to go abroad and only having this certificate. Will they be the employer's second choice?
well i think that is the big problem for ACCA's. i hope that the situation will change in near future.

Asslam ali kum,
Well we guys can't do anything in this regard except wait and hope that the prvaling circumstances will be changed very soon. I will start doing ACCA in December 2004 with the hope that I will get a better job in Pakistan. Pakistani C.A's do have a better market in Pakistan more than anybody else, but as we all know that ACCA is an internation qualification I hope it will recognize its importance in near future InshAllah.
