i am confused which course is better in the long run.
when companies post job requirements on online sites they always mention that candidate has to be CIMA/ACCA approved person.

please help me which one is better to do.

It depends on what you want to be;
a chartered accountant
a management accountant
Other wise they are equalent.

ACCA plus CA is the route.
CIMA + CA looks like a joke! really!
cima is a management accounting qualification while ca is a financial accounting qualification. employer will ask are you a management accountant or a financial accountant.
but if you dont wanna do ca, the cima is a very good qualification because it gives you the membership of icma without any further papers and hitches.

Dear Friend
AOA
I am very thankfull to you for the provision of such a usefull information.
So if i'll do ACCA plus CA then can i be able to get a reasonable job.
What would be the minimum starting salary of this combination i.e
ACCA plus CA.

Thanks
