You are on the spot. My family has experienced cell fone snatching at gun point several times in the past - we always get a katcha parcha no FIR. .A small step such as Regal chowk mobile market stopping buying the stolen phones would reduce this menace substantially. This is just a small example of how awful and shameless this society has become.
And A simple phone blocking mechanism by all mobile phone companies who are siphoning millions of dollars monthly to their corporate HQs could have done the job.
There is no such thing as justice in this country and people like most who come to this website including myself have no time to demand it coz we get paid well except for student community and dont mind paying small change here and there to get the job done.
I would recommend you either try to move to a higher class by hook or crook or emigrate somewhere else.
