Qadianis/Ahmedis/Mirzais

Dear Friends
I want to know something about the Qadianis. What is our Islamic perspective about them; permission of Islam to keep our relations with them; ( e.g; to chit-chat, to eat & to meet with them in our daily life ). Are they declared Non-Muslims from Islamic point-of-view?
I also heard that they always try to take the Muslims (Followers of our Holy Prophet-Hazrat Muhammad PBUH) on their way of worship & to make them also Qadainis. Is it true?

Answer is yes.. anyone who claims to be a prophet after Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) is a non muslim..
