Dear

Non declaration of marks in each paper is beneficial for students.

Just think what will happen when qualified and part qualified people will happen to be inducted for jobs on the basis fo secured marks?

Kamran bhai I agree with your point of view but If ICAP discloses the marks unofficially in any manner(purpose is to just inform the students about their marks ) . They shouldn't disclose it in their result cards or in their passing certificates . It will definitely help them . Its just a suggestion .

At the time when I was studying Module C in my RAET , ICAP officials came in the class and asked students if they have any question about ICAP . I asked them this question . They told me that its not in our poilcy to disclose the marks but we are now thinking of conducting an internal exams for those students who have given more than 3 attempts in a particular paper and in these exams we will tell the students about their marks and about their mistakes also . I have asked this question 6 months before and this internal exams policy have not been implemented uptil now.

If every one would be knowing that students had been told about marks secured by them "confidentially", then there would be nothing confidential and every employer will ask you to submit your cv along with such mark sheets, even if you suppose them confidential.

Anyway; I believe the policy followed by ICAP is aimed at to rate and weigh all the members equally; and I believe it is the best policy for any professional institute in the world where you have to be its members for the life time after qualifying the exams. This infact is purposed to eliminate any discrimination whatsoever.

I don't believe internal exam would be a prcatical modality for the institute. There are so many issues with it.

I think Kamran bhai U are right . There are more chances of creating discrimination amongst student by telling their marks .

What happens to ACCA students when they go for Jobs ?? There marks creates difficulties for them or not ??

Also please help me a little in the topic of starting articles on the basis of graduation before completing CA INter which I have started in students section .
