Conversion of Numbers Into Words in Excel

Can anyone plz help me to formulate Numbers into Words in Excel.i.e

i want to convert 10525.36 in to (Ten Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Five & paisas Thirty Six Only) please response ASAP.

This can be helped with an Add-on in Excel or by writing the VB code in VB editor of Excel. I think you should go with the Add on option. Send me your E-mail address so the add-on could be sent to you.
