Please explain is there any turnover limit for a Private Limited company to become with holding agent, as AOP is required to become withholding agent on turnover over 50 million. please explain

According to s.153(7) , every company, irrespective of its turnover, has to withhold tax, in respect of the transactions mentioned in s.153
