Women in the medical field

Don't you think that is a bit of a generalisation, saying women are not good at maths, some are good at maths, some are not and it is nothing to do with gender. You saying that is like me saying that Pakistani men aren't intelligent compared to English, i'm sure you would be one of the first to refute that. (I'm not saying that is what I think, just using it as an example).
