Hey, i think there are some Agencies who help you to find the job in Dubai (they charge the money though), trust me my bro has just gone the Dubai in the same way..and know what they had even helped him in Visa process.. but be careful there are even some agencies which are fake... but am pretty sure if you find a correct Agency, then you surely find your way to Dubai... Nyway... All the best dude.. [)]
