Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) has released the following circular regarding Industrial Relations Ordinance 2002 for Foundation-II exams:
“It has been provided in the Career Pack (3.5.1 page 25) that the question papers will be set in accordance with the laws and regulations effective as at preceding 31st December for the Summer examination and effective as at preceding 1st July for the Winter examination in Industrial & Commercial Laws, Business Taxation and Corporate Laws and Secretarial Practices.
Consequently, Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 has been replaced with Industrial Relations Ordinance 2002 in the syllabus of Industrial & Commercial Laws from Summer-2003 session.
All concerned may please note that the question paper of Industrial & Commercial Laws in Summer-2003 examination for the respective portion will be set according to the replaced law (i.e. IRO-2002).
