Dear Iqbal Qureshi,
If u r comparing CA and ACCA, as far as pakistan is concerned, CA is more valuable than ACCA, a qualified CA gets around 30 to 40 K Rs. starting, but unfortunately if u r unable to qualify CA, suppose u r CA Inter or Mod. E cleared, then u will get at least 15,000 starting (CA inter + Articles completed), in my opinion CA can be the cheapest degree provided u r brilliant enough to pass the exams based on self study, but dont consider the ACCA as simple, ACCA is also difficult like CA, but in ACCA u r well aware about the syllabus, but in CA u see always a new type of questions in the examinations, there are people who qualify the papers of CA in 1st go (at least up to CA inter), so if u want to do something in accounts, and want to earn more in future i ll advice you to do CA, as u belong to lower middle class family, it would be expensive for you to do CA inter as FTFC student(Full time Foundation Course)through RAET's, but u can enter into the CA field as PFC (Prospective Foundation Candidate) in which taking the classes are not mandatory, after passing ur Module D, u will be able to get Articleship with any CA firm, there u will get the stipend through which u will be able to manage atleast your personal expenses.
take care,
