First of all, I dont want to commence another debate regarding ACCA vs CA... ALI, you have to confess that ACCA's are also competitively far good enough position in pakistan. I dont know why you are refering & spamming ACCA's articleship as a librarian.Ali, Every one has its own individual perspective. Beleive, ACCA is tough, specially part three papers. I, myself will be doing ACCA core attempt & realy it is tough & the passing criteria of CORE papers is also tough.Some of my colleagues has given the core papers of ACCA & now they have accepted that there is much difficult to pass papers of ACCA at final stage. I like to say that see the past examination CORE papers( part three) & compare it with module A to D, then respond me with conclusion. As I have said earlier that in Pakistan, there is no doubt that ICAP's CA is best but again i want to say that ACCA's are also exist in pakistan.
As far as Articleship is concerned, beleive, A.F.Ferguson & Co.(Karachi) are going to conduct Presentation in our College, because they need ACCA finalists & Affiliates. They Want to hire ACCA's. Earnst & Young has also conducted the Seminar here in Karachi to get ACCA's for three yrs relevent experience. KPMG is also preferring ACCA affiliates here but being as a Librarian I dont know what the story behind this situation. Lets tel me that are they ACCA qualified ? Arwe they Male or Female? ( mostly Female dont prefer practical training in a FIRM). One of my friend who is just qualified ACCA, now doing his Article in A.F.Ferguson & Co. Again i said Its All depends on ACCA student.
