Dear mojo,

I think you should know that "Tom Dick and Harry" is just a phrase which is used for careless and ironic people or for everyone. That is why I was concerned about Tom Dick and Harry and they don't deserve CA qualification I am more concerned about those people who choose CA as there 2nd or 3rd option especially, fresh intermediates whose first aim is to get admission in prestigious engineering university and when they don't get it they came up with CA and when anyone ask them why did you join CA they said "BAS YAR KUCH TO KARNA THA NA" which is the biggest failure for them and this might be the reason for high percentage of failures in ICAP.When they got failed, there duty is just to blame ICAP that they people have so called "KOTA SYSTEM" they pass only limited students which is not pragmatic.

To stop this upshot, ICAP should review its entry requirements. At this time minimum requirement is 45% for intermediates with PPT test and 60% without PPT.If I say that I have got 59.9% in intermediate and my friend has got 60% but what is the difference between me and him, but I will considered by ICAP as failure student but not my friend and i have to give ppt but my friend will be exempt with it.It sounds odd, that a world renowned institute has such a low requirements even if we see a private university with no affiliations there minimum requirement is 65%-70% so what is the matter with ICAP.There is no ambiguity that ICAP is doing its best in making CA qualification more competitive but in this regard ICAP is not worth doing.

I would appreciate if Kamran ACA comment on this post.

Kind Regards,

Faizan
