Dissertation topic Corporate Governance

Hi, I am a final year student required to do a dissertation for undergraduate degree. I will need to submit a 5000 word critical evaluation of information and its various sources on a chosen topic. My chosen topic being Corporate Governance, but I don’t know what area of Corporate Governance I can narrow down to in 5000 words. Can anyone Please help!!
