Salaam All

i m a Bachelors IT (4yrs)and MBA Finance. my current career is in technical department in media channel. i want to change my career to finance. i think finance has better scope, more options and bigger salary range as compared to technical. are my assumptions right? i m more interested towards the finance field that would lead to risk management career in the banking sector due to its good scope n salary which i heard from word of mouth. also which field of finance has got the highest number of jobs worldwide and a good salary structure other than risk management.

i m being offered a account trainee position. should i take the offer for now since i have been applying for finance trainee jobs for a long time to no avail. can i enter the banking sector and afterwards risk after starting off in accounts?

wat certifications/degrees should i gain and how to take the career alongwith to gain access to risk management in banking. please guide

thankyou
