In London, starting base salaries for fresh grads (no exemptions) is around £20k - £25k per annum. For qualified it's between £45k - £55k (depending upon your specialisation).
In Pakistan, some qualified are getting in excess of Rs. 100k per month, whereas others are on around Rs. 70k per month.
In Pakistan, only Karachi University offers a programme in Actuarial Science, but this bachelors prog. doesn't allow you to get any exemption (at present) with any professional actuarial body, such as Institute of Actuaries etc. And, I don't know the details regarding fees etc.
In UK, there are about 4-5 institutions who offers BSc. Actuarial Science programme including, LSE, City, Kent, Heriot-Watt and Souhampton. For details to their programmes, please visit respective school's website.
I'm sure you know already that having done a BSc. in Actuarial Science doesn't qualify you as a Fellow. You are still a student actuary. More on this can be found by searching this forum old threads.
